Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned, understand that renting a hot-tub boat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: thermal stress, slipping on wet surfaces, drowning, and changing weather conditions on New Jersey waterways. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity for myself and any minors in my party.

2. Health & Safety: I certify that all participants are in good physical health. I acknowledge that the use of alcohol increases the risk of drowning and heat-related illness. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly (if permitted) and follow all instructions provided by the dock staff.

3. Equipment & Late Fees: I agree to return the vessel and all equipment (life jackets, heaters, etc.) in the same condition as received. I explicitly authorize SeaSpa Cruises to charge my credit card on file for:

● Any damages to the boat or equipment.
● Late Return Fees of $50 per 15-minute increment if I return past my scheduled time.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release SeaSpa Cruises, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death, even if caused by the negligence of the company.

5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
